Due to a pricing glitch within ClickBank, I recently needed to contact the “Nick James” customer service team. I’d just love to say how smoothly and quickly Kate James remedied my issue and was extremely courteous during the whole process. Not only that but she even managed to show a real sense of humour during it all.
If other organisations could aspire to the same level of support the internet would be a lot better for it.
If anyone plans to have any dealings with the “Nick & Kate James” team they’ll be very well looked after.
