Keeping us informed of product order that was delayed

I ordered the Fiverr Formula from Nick and it was a refreshing change for me to be told what the delay was without me having to follow it up. Nick informed everybody and explained what the hold up via email video and allowed us to check the tracking number if we wanted to. And true to Nicks word when it arrived in the UK i recieved it within 24 hours. Its the little things that people do that make the biggest difference
