Just before Christmas, I ordered The Fiverr Formula MP3 package. After a few days, I became concerned that my package had not arrived because of the Christmas post perhaps. I enquired. What followed was exemplary customer service.
Response by return from Kate. Follow up response from Nick. A personal video message explaining the problem and the effort to fix it. Nick even posted a link so I could personally track the delivery as it made its way from Hong Kong to Reading via Germany – above and beyond any expectations.
